Ordered Forklift on 12/28/2018.  As of 1/21/19, have not received any communication from them.  Have tried numerous emails and published phone number has been disconnected.  I am notifying my credit card company to cancel transaction. 

Anyone else actually received this product or gotten any communication from them?
