Complaint Review: Foshan Perth Intelligent Door Co. Ltd

This company Foshan Perth Intelligent Door Company Ltd. from mainland China decided that they would try to sucker punch me and instead of sending me the NEW barrier gates I ordered, they decided they would send me some USED, Broken, Dirty Old Barriers instead. 

It is absolutely amazing to me that a company would try and get away with this.

The package arrived from China about 2 months later than they originally said it would and believe me I was getting anxious that they would not arrive at all.  I started calling the company weeks after and no one was answering. No one responded to my emails like before me placing the order.

Finally I tracked them down and they must have gotten scarred when I was frantic.  So they then decided to ship out the barriers to me.  They told me that they were running late on the production because these are being "Custom Designed and Beautifully Made"..  Oh I was thrilled and excited to see these beauties which I have been waiting for.

They finally arrived in Manila, Philippines and the packaging was perfect. Nice little tightly wrapped boxes and so I figured they were well maintained during the shipping transit.  I believe it was shipped well.

Once we got these babies home and opened up the packing very carefully, I was shocked and startled to see that first, these were not the picture of the barriers I had ordered.  Someone was playing a cruel joke on me I thought.  But as I looked further I could see the paint was rusted off. Chipped in some areas and in others absolutely down to the stainless steel but with at least 1 inch thick of rust in some parts.
I couldn't believe my eyes...... As I looked further I could see massive dents and Cracks along the side of the barriers.  It was despicable.  I paid over $800 US for these and to find them completely broken and destroyed was like nothing I could ever imagine. 

Ok, I continued to be in disbelief but tried to find something positive.  As we tried making it work and seeing if we could repaint or re-finish it ourselves, it just got worse.  The Boom Arms were also broke and we had completely missing parts, screws, everything was missing.

The best part....... I called the company of course to complain and see what they would do to help. They told me SORRY.. That was a Brand New Barrier..  But we'll send you some Paint so you can paint it yourself.  They said it doesn't take much to paint the barrier.

Can you believe it?  I was shocked.. I sent pictures and told them that we cannot paint over cracks and destroyed parts of the barrier and that it was Rusted and Dirty like it was outside in the weather for about 2-3 years actually being used somewhere in China..  They said NOPE.. Its Brand New...  Pictures Don't Lie..  See for yourself..

Anyway, My new quest in life is to stop them from hurting other people.  They seemed like they had a good track record which is why I went with them.  Were Gold Members at Alibaba for 3 years. Good background check.  Look for yourself... Run a Google search on Foshan Perth Intelligent Door CO. ltd.   You'll see lots of complaints now filed from me. But other than that. Seems like a good company.  But I would never do business with them.  All I can say is... Be Careful Out there.
