Fosters Lawyers PI Panda, Personal Injury Panda, Fosters Solicitors, Mark Foster, Fosters Lawyers Ltd WAS SIGNED UP FOR MY PI CLAIM. NEVER CALLED BACK BURIED MY CASE FOR 6 MONTHS. FINALLY CALLED BACK AND SOLICITOR MARK FOSTER HAD BEEN TOO BUSY GOT NO SENSE OUT OF ANYONE THERE.! USELESS FIRM - KEPT MY cheshire, Other
Signed up with PI Panda then was left alone for weeks. Then called 50 times or more for progress. No progress. Simple injury case. No reply!
Finally got hold of someone staff stated Mark Foster been too busy. I was very annoyed. Finally finished my claim and with held my money for 4 months despite calling again and again! also awaited cheque which was half what I was originally told! incompetent staff throughout liars!
Complaint made to SRA awaiting outcome will report back as soon as I know more.
