I was researching GPS devices online, and decided to purchase a Garmin 1450 LMT GPS unit from Foto-Tronix (www.fotoelectronics.com). I was under the impression according to the check out screen that I was to be billed 114.80 plus an additional $14.95 for shipping for a grand total of $129.75 which is what I believed that I had agreed to. After receiving the product 5 days later, I discovered that this company had deducted an additional $20.00 from my debit card. In other words, I was billed $149.75 instead of the $129.75 that I had agreed to. I immediately emailed their customer support and demanded to have the 20.00 returned to my bank account. Foto-Tronix replied that the charge was located in the fine print below on the check out screen. Foto-Tronix refused to refund my $20.00. This company is scum in my opinion, and I would highly advise no one to shop there for anything.
