Complaint Review: Fotoconnection.com

I ordered a Canon Rebel XTI package from fotoconnection.com. They sent an email to confirm. The salesperson Owen then asks if I want to upgrade to a 4 hour battery from the supplied 20 minute battery.

I buy the supposed upgrade for $119.00. But the battery I buy for $119.00 comes standard in the camera box anyway. I call them up and get nothing but robotic like cold responses.

I e-mailed them and their response is "We sold you the kit." This place is a complete ripoff. These scumbags need to be put out of business.

When I got the invoice it shows a lump sum with the supposed battery upgrade already added on to the original price. It doesn't show an extra battery anywhere on the invoice. Also a tripod was missing that they says is on back order. I'll never see it.

Do not buy anything from these ripoff, lying, scum!
