Complaint Review: FOTOSPIRIT / ZOOMMANIA

I purchased a Sony pro video camera last April 2009 from Fotospirit which came with a 2 year Repair Tech Warranty. I started having problems with the camera about 6 months later and tried to send it for repairs under the warranty. at the time i spoke with fotospirit I was told to go through Sony first to see if it was a manufacturers defect. in turn i was told by sony to return it to Fotospirit for repairs. When I last called Fotospirit in September 2009 they were gonna send me a RMA number but never did. They have since gone out of business or have they? They still have their website up and still selling! Also they are still offering the repair tech extended warranties even though repair tech is out of business and have been since last March which was never disclosed to me by Fotospirit. When you call the numbers or email them the numbers are disconnected and get no email responses. how are they still operating a website and selling?! I later found out that Zoommania is also part of fotospirit and are offering the same packages and repair tech warranties. When i called and spoke with someone at Zoommania they told me they are not part of Fotospirit and when asked why their Fax number is the same as fotospirits he got mad and started asking what i wanted. i asked why are they still selling repair tech warranties when they are not valid he hung up! So beware of fotospirit and zoommania they are both the same company just 2 different names. If anyone knows a warranty center taking over repair tech warranties let me know.  (((REDACTED))) @hotmail.com.
