Foundation Financial Group Alexandria L. Butler Deceptive phone sales tactics, misrepresented fees, stated any UP FRONT fees would be Returned Savannah, Georgia
Foundation Financial Group is a Very Unprofessonal Company.
They mislead you with promises of Low interest rate on refinancing, call you from LEADS they
get on the internet about people wanting to Refinance their homes,
and demand you pay an UP FRONT "Appraisal Fee" after showing you their webpage claiming to have
an A+ rating with better business bureau, THEN you get a Settlement summary showing an extremely
high settlement charges. Much higher than other USUAL mortgage lending institutions and banks.
After you have PAID the "UP FRONT" appraisal fee and complain about the Settlement fees (which are NOT shown to you until AFTER the Appraisal fee has been paid),
They refuse to refund your "UP FRONT" appraisal fee even though NO APPRAISAL has even been made!
I am still awaiting a refund of $200 charged to my credit card and have additionally
filed complaints witht both my credit card issuer and the Better Business Bureau!
