fountain Blue pools Inc Terrible quality! White spots on the new resurfacing and failed to follow the plan, a bunch of excuses for everything. Project manager keeps ignoring us and they show up once a week for few hours to work. west palm beach Florida

Please don't hire this company, I have a lot of patience and have never written a BAD review in my life. I would probably wait it out if it was well done but they are incredibly unprofessional and the quality of the job is terrible. We gave them 13K and we have gotten NOTHING but a terrible job that is not even done! 

READ BELOW PLEASE IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING TO HIRE!!

We hired this company and were told they would finish the job in 2 weeks in time for my husband 40th birthday (got canceled obviously). It has been 6 weeks and so far they have done an absolutely terrible job.

The resurfacing is badly done, we have big white patches in a few places and is totally noticeable. They covered the jet with plaster instead of installing it. We planned on taking out the handrail but the crew left it in and just tiled around it instead. When I told them to take it out like we had planned they gave me a terrible attitude, they didn't speak a word of english so they just ignored my husband but I speak Spanish so I was able to tell them to do the job according to the plan, apparently the project manager (Nathan) never mentioned it, just like he didn't mention to fix the leak we had and the color lamp we bought. 

They also paved the deck without the drain deck, I mentioned it and the crew tried to convince me that it was better without it! I put a leveler and he stared laughing and told me that "fine" I'll add it in. Not to mention there is loose tile in some areas. They have shown up once a week so far for just a few hours, they promise to comeback and never do. They demanded almost 90% of the total payment to continue and since we gave them the money they have not shown up. 

We have left messages and text and nobody answers or does anything about it. Nobody wants to explain to us how they are going to fix and finish the job. They have our money and simply don't care. It has been a total nightmare. We even spoke with Scott who is the main manager and he has done nothing about it. I tried to contact the project manger Nathan AGAIN today and was just told he is no longer in charge of this job and doesn't know who is going to add us to the calendar.
