This was not the first time that I have placed an order from this company. However this is the first time that I have had the experience like this.

I was charged in U.S. $$ instead of Canadian $$

I contacted the company to cancel the order and give me a refund.

They finally cancelled the order but have kept my $$.

When I called the company the first time they took my # and told me someone whould call be back. No one did so I called them back again and was told that the first person was wrong and that they have no one in the office to call back to me. I was asked to email Tony Tiger. I did and didn't hear back. I called back and was told to email Tyler which I did right away. 

They still have my money and I have never heard from anyone.

I have contacted my credit card company and they are doing an investigation.
