Complaint Review: Four Seasons Cleaners

Four Seasons Cleaners Bucks County cleaners Lost my favorite pair of pants. When I gave them the receipt to reimburse me they wanted to hagle over the price. Never an apology just excuses. After asking me to come back five times I left with no pants and and wasn't reimbursed for the services I paid for. bensalem Pennsylvania

I dropped off a pair of pants to be taylored on 6/8/15 and was given a slip to pick them up on 6/12/15.  I arrived on 6/12 around 5:30 pm and was handed a pair of pants and paid $5 for the repair.  After paying I noticed the pants didn't belong to me.  The cleaner proceeded to search for my pants to no avail. I was told to come back on Monday, 6/15 and they would have them. 

I arrived at the cleaners on 6/17 and was told they still haven't found them and asked me to come back in a few days and they would have them.  My next visit back I was told by another person that they found my pants, but they made an error on the hem and they were going to fix them and they would be ready in a few days.  

Now my fourth trip to the cleaners and he said what do you want me to do, we can't find them.  He offered me $30 and then asked me to give him another week to find them. I said I was going to try and locate a receipt for the pants and would come back.  

Now, 5th and final trip to the cleaners I had the receipt in hand for the pants ($34.62) and the prepaid receipt for the hem that was done to the missing pants ($5).  I was told they would only give me $30 for everything.  No apology of any sort for all the inconvience.  How does a business operate like this.  Please help.
