Contract was entered on 12/1 to repair residence where hail damaged the roof, gutters, deck, AC and sidding. Payment process is outlined by Mortgage company. Documentation of payment as outlined by the CitiMortgage (CMI) requirements is being followed. They should be very familiar with these requirements as they have been discussed with Ken Miller - Operations Manager and his team many times. Ken is putting a lien on my property because "I am a worthless and dishonest man".

However since there seems to be ongoing confusion I have enclosed another copy of the payment process again today. Ken Miller did not include me in any home inspection completed by CitiMortgage as I requested, so the process has had a slight delay.

At their request, they started work on the home before the first payment. Therefore that payment schedule may be perceived as being delayed.

Copies of the enclosure were previously provided:
Ken Miller copied 11/24/2006
Ken Miller, Jr. copied 12/1/2006 during contract signing
Brian copied with first payment on 12/14/2006

Currently their is an outstanding balance of $1,534.95. The final check has been requested from the mortgage company - however all work has yet to be completed.

This goup called me twice yesterday and showed upo three times to my home for payment of work that is not completed. The best is the stole a DHL package from my doorstep - they had to bring it back so I could sign the check.
