Freight was booked in 1 day advance. My driver hauled 70 miles to the pick up to find out that Fox logistics either sold the freight for cheaper or to someone else. Matt at Fox logistics did not want to pay a TNOU and though it was funny that my driver was stuck at 6pm with out any freight. DONT deal with this company they will find a way to stiff you and not pay you any money. We BLACK LISTED them in our system along with another 50 other carriers that will no longer be using them due to their ignorence and ripping off carriers. This was one of my Owner operators that they took money from him and his family. Now our company for no reason will have to compensate him for this miles TNOU and layover. Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding this scamming company.

Below is the text from my TIA Watchdog report filed against this company regarding this incident.  The report they submitted it false, and they only submitted this as revenge.  They clearly double brokered this freight and my shipper caught them doing it.  Their lies are a futher extension of their dishonesty.  If you are an honest carrier, we'd love to work with you. If you sympathise with a carrier that double brokers, we'd prefer you didn't haul our freight:

Additional Comments

Booked a load with Paul Paterson on the evening of 8/25. I expressed how important it was that the truck he was sending to my shipper be included under the scheduled auto policy as they would check the vin #. He told me ETA to shipper was 1100. The next morning, that ETA changed to 1520, but after 6 requests, I finally got driver contact and he stayed in touch pretty well throughout the day. I got a call from my shipper at 1530 that a driver was there to pick up the load, but he had checked in as Orange Transport. I called the driver and asked him who he worked for and what the name on the side of his truck was. He replied Dallas Logistics and that he had never heard of Orange Transport. My shipper went out to verify and his truck said Orange Transport and the MC# did not match Dallas Logistics. When I called the driver, he now said that was correct and he just hadn't had time to change his signs. Why then did he check in as Orange Transport before and lie about it afterwards? Paul corroborated this story via email as he wouldn't answer the phone. Maybe it's true and they're just incompetent, but my guess is that they're re-brokering illegally. Our contract explicitly forbids this action. One final note: apparently, some other driver showed up earlier in the day checking in as Dallas Logistics, but left when my shipper asked for a pick-up#. I have no idea what that's about, but the entire day was wasted because of them, and the whole ordeal was very shady. Broker beware. Be very careful booking with this company.
