Complaint Review: Fox Ridge Estates

If anyone in MN or anywhere else is thinking of moving here DONT....They ripped me off so bad...I was transferred with my job 1700 miles away. I gave them the REQUIRED 30 day notice because that was the transfer clause in my lease...Did I get my Damage Deposit back? Oh Hell NO....In fact they rented the Apt and are trying to collect double the money from me and $60 extra dollars for a late fee and $10 dollars for leaving a flower pot on the balcony!!! (IT was full of rain water) But that is not the worst part--In the 2 HORRIBLE YEARS I lived there I had the following happen:

1. Garage was hit by a 10 yr old in a car...collapsed on my car trapping it in there for 2 days...No compensation for work lost...

2. Was robbed and threatened with physical assult by 2 teenagers

3. Had Checks stolen out of the mail and forged and had 2 UPS
packages stolen...MGMT left one of them set in front of my door for anyone to take....

4. HAD TO ENDURE THE SMELL OF CAT PEE THROUGHOUT THE HALL AND ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF MY DOOR FOR 2 YEARS...The hall is not cooled in the summer either....

5. Fell down and hurt my arm and back because they never shoveled or sanded in the winter...

6. Begged for 2 years for new A/C--it didnt cool even a 1 br apt.

7. Place was filthy dirty in the laundry rooms, halls and lobby
Yet these creatures feel they are entitle to almost another $1000
from me....And they think I cant do a thing cuz I now live 1700 miles away...I will be back and I hope these people get exactly what is coming to them some day. People like this will rot in hell.
