David Hansen from FP Mailing Solutions has locked my account and refuses to unlack it until I sign a maintenance contract for $3,347.40 per year. I purchased a CentoeMail Postage meter from FP Mailing Solutions in 2011. I paid over $40,000 for the meter. I did not lease or rent the meter. I purchased the meter outright.  David Hansen sent me a maintenance agreement to sign and I refused to sign it as I do need need the services and do not use the services on the maintenance agreement.  After I refused to sign the agreement FP withdrew funds from my bank account to refill the meter, but David Hansen put a lock/hold on my account so that my account would not be refilled. 

I was never refunded my money and FP held onto my money without refilling my meter.  We called David Hansen for three weeks trying to get him to release the hold and allow our meter to refill with the money already taken from our account and David Hansen refused unless we signed the maintenance agreement.  David Hansen stated that he would not turn our meter back on until I signed the agreement. I allerted David that they had already withdrawn the money from our account and he stated unless I signed the contract i would never get the meter turned back on.  This is theft and illegal and unethical business practices.  I highly recommend that no business or individual ever use this company.
