FPAHELP.ORG Two charges of $19.95 to CC that paid for shipping the supposed T-shirt Texas
After using my CC to pay for shipping of a "free" t-shirt, l have been charged $19.95 per month for whatever service it is that they provide. I called to cancel and was told that I would get a refund, but I'm skeptical.
