FPL - We called to change our bank draft....btw- isn't it funny how they hold your feet to the fire to get your auto draft info so you can't ever dispute the bill......

We tried to change the bank draft information. We were told it would take 24 hours and to leave the funds for the draft in the old account. Low and behold! The draft was changed and now our bank account if overdrafted.

Of course when calling to complain, they sent me to the "we don't care what we mess up" department. There I was told how it wasn't their fault - even though it was their billing person that told us which account the money would be drafted from. They accept no responsibity for overdrafting the account, nor will they return the funds.

They just dont care...and why? BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE TO. Thank you for the pain FPL - You are very good at not accepting responsibility. Perhaps you will one day understand the pain you create for families such as mine.

Call the Florida Public Service Commission and be prepared to provide proof.  They will help.
