I placed an order for $55.73 (Invoice #FGO-46602) with FragranceGo online, they charged my payment method and NEVER sent my merchandise. When I tried to reach out to them, they would not return emails or phone messages. Everytime I went online to check the status it said pending or processing. After about 35 days of waiting I checked again and the website was down and has been down ever since.

Now 3 months later, no refund, no merchandise ever received and nothing I can do about it. They are still advertising items on Sears.com under the shop fragrancego (http://www.sears.com/seller/fragrancego) The name of the company they used to process my payment was (Fragrance Park) with the telephone #551.998.4646 and the email address for customer service shows order@fragrancego.com
