Purchased item on 9/19/11 fr Fragrancenet.com ("company"), and recd email confirmation same day. They advise me since they use automated order processing and warehouse systems, they are unable to cancel or modify my order once it has been submitted.

On 9/20/11, this company charged my credit card. 

On 9/23, I recd email from company stating my order was at the warehouse and they will notify me when it ships.  Seven days go by.
 
On 9/30/11, I email company and ask for status update of my order.  Three days pass and I get no response.

On 10/3/11, I recd email fr company saying they had a "glitch" in their system and they canceled my order but they never billed me.  I respond to their email and advise them that THEY DID BILL ME on 9/20/11 and I expect a credit to be issued to my account.  I now feel they illegally charged my credit card for merchandise they never shipped to me.  I called 1.800.727.3867 but got put on hold for over 20 minutes; I hung up.

On 10/4/11, I recd email fr company stating they checked their records and cannot find a charge to my credit card.  I then scan a copy of their charge on my statement to them. I asked them to verify that they go by the name of FRAGRANCENET COM DEER PARK NY as shown on copy and I give them a deadline of 10/5/11 to issue credit or I was going to go public about their company and its business ethics. I notify my credit card company and dispute their charge.
