FragranceX order-returned ripoff Internet
i am writing this report concerning order no2156912 that i purchased for a friend from fragrancex company via internet. this order was sent to billing adress instead of shipping adress and the item was returned back to the company in usa and i was now told that i have to pay for the custom duty which means i would be liable for negligence that was caused by the company.
