All I can say is that if you are thinking about using this company, get their rates in writing before you use them.  I promise you that they will not give you anything in writing because their business practice is to put nothing in writing, to be deceptive, and to take advantage of customers.

They refused to put anything in writing except the amount of money they wanted. They refused repeatedly to tell me, in writing, how many pages were in the transcript. They refused to give me an invoice.

The receipt they gave me did not indicated what I was paying for.  It didn't describe the service.  It didn't show the number of pages in the transcript.

And every time I asked in writing how many pages were in the transcript, they responded by saying that we already discussed this and that if I didn't hurry up and order the transcript the price would be double or they didn't respond at all.

They told me that they needed 20 working days to provide a transcript of less than 100 pages.  Twenty working days is one month (or more if there are non-working holidays).

They needed one month to prepare a tiny transcript and they deceptively charged me more than $10 per page which is much more than double the industry standard.

And if I didn't give them one month to prepare the tiny transcript, they threatened to charge me more than $20 per page.
