I met with Francine Farrell back in March 2018. She was rude, confused and somewhat aggressive. I was completely upset by her demeanor, she is older, may late 70's so I thought this might be age related but I think she had been drinking as I could smell it on her breath. I would suggest avoiding Francine Farrell. She also over charged me the session as we had agreed upon a sliding scale fee which she reneged on. Kim from Sacramento
