Francine performed a series of injections into my face after leading me to believe she was a registered nurse. She injected an unregistered hyaluronic acid filler into my forehead and into my lips. I have suffered necrosis as a result of the procedure.
I visited 'Franky' for a lip enhancement procedure on the recommendation of a friend. However, she advised me that i did not need to have his lips enhanced and should have hyaluronic acid injected around my eyes and in my forehead instead she then said OK to my lip enhancement. This involved the application of a unregistered ‘numbing cream’ imported from China — I told Francine that I was experiencing intense pain.
She scoffed at the idea and went into hystertics.

I can adamantly state the the statement made is absolutely incorrect and totally false. This is obviously the work of someone who does not wish me to to succeed prior to my clinic opening. This is clearly an attempt to sabotage the opening of my new clinic. The named person on this complaint is actually an old colleague and a friend of mine and this has also tarnished her name as well.
The statement that "She injected an unregistered hyaluronic acid filler into my forehead and into my lips" is also factually incorrect as hyaluronic acid is not commonly injected in the forehead (frontalis muscle). The inference to the numbing cream being purchsed from China is also a blatent attempt to discredit my reputaion and credibility as a professional.
All products that will be available within my clinic are purchased directly from the TGA approved companies along with accredited compounding pharmacies.
For the record it should be stated that I am registered under AHPRA as registered nurse in the state of NSW as clearly stated on the AHPRA web site to which i have attached the link confirming the same.

In my opinion she is not very talented. I should of gone to a doctor. I thought a doctor had to be present.
pardon me necrosis, No, my face went weird and it was disgusting.
Always stick to a doctor, everyone is allowed to inject these days.
