Attorney's firm solicited our company for the completion of a rejected trademark filing in 2019. At that time we chose to move forward with a different firm andifferent firm and our trademark was successfully filed. Unfortunately the attorney we hired is no longer available. October of 2021 firm for F. Ciaramella was contacted for the filing of 2 trade marks for 2 separate companies.

One of these was an update as we were only changing the slogan for the previously filed trademark. Even after receiving retainer communication was always delayed by weeks. Facts about the 2 businesses were clearly stated, however he confused them on more than one occasion. By december, questions such as where the company's were based and if they were for profit was asked months following, all of which was verifiable had due diligence been completed.

Although we'd severed the contract, the attorney refuses to return relative funds. We've filed a formal complaint with the board and are seeking legal action.
