Francisco Partners has transformed eSolutions, Inc. Once a loving family business into a greedy, thoughtless, mismanaged nightmare. They have hired idiots from the outside, promoted the dumbest and most unqualified from within and created a corporate culture of fear and bullying. The incompetent "executive team" routinely threaten to eliminate positions. Reviews are delayed for months and raises are no longer retroactive. Staffs names are used without permission for logging into Medicare. Accounts are taken away with no explanation and commissions are always short and late. It will not take long for this previously wonderful company to be screwed into the ground.
