I bought Profit Center back in December 2016. And Right now the membership area is empty still

And they ask people to join their Free Giveaway Club and it is still a shell empty

And lots of their software does not work with latest window 10 version, and they blame it on me, say i am pecular
Anyone in software industry know they have to keep their product uptodate with ever changing operation system and online socia media platform. And software does become depreciated over time. Shouldn't be surprise by bugs reports.
They were suprise there will be 10 of them not working from the same client, and think it is my issue.
And I book 3 to 4 times to chat with Frank (he offer coaching session), and he almost missed every single of my booking. What kind of business is this?
