Frank Andrews Chevrolet purchased a new z71 1500 it's been in the shop every week but 3 of 16 Dublin Georgia
puchased new truck in july 2006 1 week after i purchased the truck it went into the shop. out of 16 weeks it's been in 13.
problem with drivers seat getting hot while switched off
front end has been align 4 times an 1 tire replaced
computer problem that would cause air bag to go off while driving down road
water was coming in on the drivers side from top of door
with frank andrews tried to fix it they worp the door causing
it to be out of line with the truck body
also now there is still wind that comes in at the top on both doors now.
there is also a bumping sound in the rear end when it changes gears from 2 to 3
they even told me the truck is nothing but a problem

...cuz you got a lemon.
You may have to scream bloody murder, and the numbers may have to reach 40 weeks in the shop/ 3weeks out, but it would seem you're on your way with the lemon-law.
Have they been giving you a loaner all this time? I hope they have.

I hate to say this but if you want a quality vehicle buy Toyota. I have had the same one since 1993 and aside from regular maintenance and replacing the starter once, I haven't had any problems with it. The Unions at the Big Three are more worried about their paychecks and benefits than a quality product. You need to look no further than the news to see what is happening to them. Anyway, I am sorry to hear about your woes with a Chevy. And if the dealership knows that they are crap and still sell them that seems like consumer fraud. They should at least offer to let you take another truck with similar options.
This is why I hate car dealerships. Cheers!!
