Complaint Review: Frank Anthony

 8 weeks after my initial order, I emailed them requesting info on my order and approximate shipping date. Was told by a girl named Sandy that my order must'be been delayed at customs because some countries have issues with their hydrophobic Nanotechnology. when I questioned her about why customs would be involved (both shipping and recieving are in canada since the company is located in Toronto and I live in Vancouver), she mentioned that they use a third party to ship "overseas"!!!! Then she was caring enough to say that she'll send me a free t-shirt to show good faith and apologized for delay. This was the last time I've heard from them. These are a copy of our last conversations!
