I am Frank Aragon the person in this report or should say reports. I had an affair with a married woman and I didnt know she was married until after the fact. I am regretful of the situation and the way it turned out, poor judgement on my part. Nevertheless the husband of this woman has made it his main goal in life to slander me and falsly accuse me of stealing money from him, claiming he invested in my movies, claiming I stole his money 200.00 and an SD card worth 65.00. he keeps using other email adddress and other names to slander me. If you have questions about this or anything anyone post on this site, please ask me before you falsely judge me.

I am an aspiring filmmaker who has made some good small films, Im not stealing from anyone again this is a jelaous husband, if he wanted to keep his wife he shouldnt have cheated on her and beat her all the time.

i cant stand bye and allow Frank Steven aragon to keep harming these people And new ones !   I love this industry and people like frank ruin it !  the thousands he steals takes away millions from the industry from investers that were ripped off before !     I am sorry I did not come out sooner, but once he ripped Me off !  I decided to set the record strait.    Do not I repeat DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FRANK STEVEN ARAGON.   You will be sorry.   And the rebuttals are Frank writing them himself.    SICK HUMAN BEING.    

After sending him $225.00 via Paypal for Avid Media Composer,Frank Aragondecided to never send me the software! Months later he made up a story about being injured in an accident and spendingtime inhospital for a long period of time. Heapologised and promised to send me a cheque for the amount that he took from me. He never did.

Frank Aragon also has very bad taste in that he keeps sending me LinkedIn invitations - despite having swindled me out of my money - and then having the audacity to taunt me when I ask for my money back!

Avoid this person at all costs. It's a shame that this 'independent producer' has to rob someone of such a small amount - perhaps this is the trick that he uses to fund all of his movies! Pathetic.

In the fall of 2013, I mailed from VA an SD card I paid Frank Aragon $50 for, a hand-crafted prop, and a money order to cover Frank's filming to finish a job I hired him for that July in L.A. as well as payment that he was to give to my actor and actress.

My actor told me he was filmed alone (not as instructed by me) and paid. My actress, who is 82 years old, drove over an hour through L.A. traffic, was filmed, and not paid. She stopped him as he was leaving the shoot and he said he would mail her the money the following week. He then texted her another lie saying I was supposed to pay her.

Also, he never sent me the footage I paid him for - I called and emailed him for the footage to no response. I then paid the L.A. Sherrif's office to serve him court papers at his residence - he evaded them and posted notes on his door: "...does not live here" (lie!). He knows he'll lose with no package tracking info. Plus, I've saved all receipts, emails, etc.

In time he'll post another lengthy response. but it's his repeated lies against all the accounts of everybody he has scammed! Frank Steven Aragon lies to and steals from honest working people and even elderly women - he has no shame, dignity or respect for others

I have for the last 9 years invested my money and time with Frank Aragon, he has been nothing but forthcoming with all of our business ventures. I have personally invested in 3 of his projects and have been paid back in full for each.

I am not in the movie business, but I am in the get paid back business. I have never been short changed or lied to by Frank Aragon on any project. I have had an opportunity to experience the movie industry and it's intricate negotiations. I would and will continue to fund and help on any of his future projects, it is just a matter of time before his work becomes more mainstream. At some point the industry will recognize his ability to produce good work for little money!!

The above following Rip-off Report is completely false and misleading. The above person claims I Frank Aragon took money after I was hired by them for a job and that I did not do nearly what I was paid and promised to do. in addition that I kept asking for more money for numerous additional equipment. After a production was underway I allegedly stole their money. I am a Independent producer/director/writer who has worked very hard for the past 25 years at a career that is difficult and hard, I love the entertainment industry it is my passion. I never have stole money from anyone that has hired to do a production for them, mostly because I have never been hired by outside contractors to produce or direct. I am listed on IMDB, under my professional name, those are my credits and everyone I have worked with has been extremely satisfied with my work. This report is false, a smear campaign by a jealous rival, it has no merit. Please look further into my reputation, this is completely libel and slander.
