I was the operations manager for FlexRV, and am very aware of the situation regarding John. John and I have spoken on several occassions and I have been told by Frank Carbone owner/president of the company to do whatever it takes to get John to remove his complaint.
I have worked for this company for over 21/2 years and can confirm that Frank owes money to several owners of vehicles that he uses for his company. Along with several company's that did work for him.
However on top of that he also does not pay his employees. After working 96 hrs I was informed on payday that he did not have the money to pay me.I have also had sevral paychecks bounce. And as the operations manager have had to tell other employees that they would have to wait for there pay. After turning in my resignation paper, he attempted to blackmail me into staying with the company. To date I still have not received my payment for services rendered. I may be a scorned employee but everything I stated is FACT.

This issue has still not been resolved

Sat, December 05, 2009

To date Dec 4,2009 I have still not resolved this issue with Frank.  Here is the letter I wrote to Frank Carbone president of FlexRv of Texas in regards to resolving this issue and his response. I am putting this on Ripoffreports.com regardless of the threat by Frank of legal actions he would take against me in order to show the facts of his runnig of his company. So that those of you choosing to get involved with him can make an informed decission. There is another report on this sight regarding Franks running of his company.  Best of luck to those of you who choose to join this Company.

Dear Frank and Margarite Carbone        This is my last ditch effort to resolve this without things getting uglier. In order to resolve this and be done with each other I am making this last offer, which I believe to be very generous.  According to my records you deducted approximately $1700.00 from my paycheck for Social Security and Medicare ( which can be verified per pay stubs)  I would assume you have access to, if not I would be happy to provide you with them. This money has never been paid to Social Security or Medicare, which means you stole this money from me.  I gave you (not by choice) until Sept. To pay this money. To date according to there records you have not paid.  By law you had until Sept 2009 to pay 2008 Social Security witholdings. When I left your company you owed me approximately $1500.00 for unpaid wages.  Adding these together it is approximately $3200.00       I have paid you approximately $1900.00 toward the vehicle as of the date  I resigned. So adding that together is approximately $5100.00 which is more than the deal we made for the vehicle. Putting the legal issues aside and just looking at the money aspect of it all, I feel that this is generous of me.  If you sign over the title to the vehicle I will call it even. And this can all be done with.  I will not continue with my unpaid wages claim (which is more about the principal) or Social Security or Medicare. I will cease all activity with Rip Off.com and put that we have resolved this issue.  And I will cease any other activities or compalints.  Otherwise I will continue with all of this. I have laid low as legally I had to give you till Sept. to pay the Social Security after Sept. I could pursue it legally.   I believe that this is a generous offer.  I have gotten another job and really wish to put this all behind me.  This is a win win for all parties involved. I urge you to seriously consider this offer and just be done with this all.   I expect a response within 24 hours as to whether this deal is acceptable or not to you.   Sincerely,   Tami On Sun, Oct 4, 2009 at 7:10 PM, Tami > wrote:

Tami, thank you for the offer, We have payments plans in place with all parties, as we do with you with the car payment. I will be in a position to pay any remaining wages owed to you shortly, and we will figure out what is left on the car note at that time.

  MY RESPONSE:
Tami  to Frank show details Oct 5 Dear Frank,
And as I stated prior this amount is approximately $650.00 more than the total agreement for the vehicle.  Which I think is very generious of me.   In closing I am advising you that as of today October 5,2009 the Social Security Office has no record of  any payment arrangement made by you or any money in my account for the 2008 year or 2009 from your company. So do to my past experience with you I do not feel that you have made any arrangement regarding these issues.  So In regards to the vehicle, I  feel that I have paid enough into this vehicle and with you owing me more than I owe you. (I believe that is a similar statement that you gave to the unemployement office and posted on Rip off.com). So Frank I am not paying you anymore out of pocket money until ordered to by a judge.  So I feel it is in your best interest to sign the title of this vehicle over to me, so that we can resolve this issue once and for all.   Sincerely,   Tami - Show quoted text -

As you can see I have been honest with the things I have reported. And Frank has not been a honest buisness owner,

Get the Fact Straight

#5Author of original report

Thu, July 02, 2009

Well lets see it is July 2, 2009 and to date still have not received paycheck's (2). First Mr Carbone does not have his fact correct. It's not that I have bad credit, I really have never established any credit. Never have I had a credit card. Never needed to. I live simple and work hard. Second we (my husband and I) have purchased a new vehicle within the last year, along with that and the harley davidson we are paying on, we didn't think we would get financing for another vehicle. Besideds Mr. Carbone had promised to sell me that vehicle, when mine broke down. Then backed out of that.A few months later Mr. Carbone was willing to sell me the vehicle because he couldn't pay me the money you owed me for another paycheck. And could no longer afford to keep paying me the amount I needed in order to stay with the company $14.00 hr x 40 hrs a week. So in order to keep cost down, we negotitated the vehicle. Downpayment being the $300 he couldn't pay me the paycheck he owed. With $150.00 every paycheck being deducted for payment toweard the vehicle. Second the only time I borrowed any large amount of money from Mr. Carbone was when my vehicle broke down and I was waiting for the company to file the tax documents so I could get my tax refund. Which took until April I believe. Any other moneys borrowed was always deducted from the following paychecks or worked out between us. I OWE MR. CARBONE NOTHING.. Regarding property that Frank Carbone think's I have belonging to the company, that is a out right LIE. All property belonging to FLEXRV of North Texas is still sittting in a storage unit at the previous location of the company. If Mr. Carbone feel's I took property from his company or that I owe him any money I urge him to file charges, take me to court. I am willing and ready. I have evendents to prove my case... do you Mr. Carbone.

Tami owes company considerably more that company owes her

#5REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sat, June 27, 2009

Tami has received benefits from FlexRV of North Texas that most employees do not receive. The company loaned her money on numerous occasions, and forgave some of the debts. The company allowed her to buy a car from it, interest free, even thought she had poor credit, and she still owes the company far more than her last paycheck that was due her. She also has equipment that belongs to the company.
