Frank Fundura - Keller Williams ripoff Non advertising of properties we listed & no email response, letter I have sent to the Florida Reale Estate Commision Brandon Florida
This is just the begining showing the letter I have sent to the Florida Reale Estate Commision. It should give you all an idea of what is going on. Just because my father is living with me now in Thailand Frank Fundura thinks he can just ignore us and not even advertise the properties or even bother emailing us.
To whom it concerns,
Hello. My name is Timothy . I am representing my father William regarding our bad luck with a realtor in Brandon Florida. My father is 81 years old and has 2 properties for sale on the Alafia River listed with a realtor from Keller Williams office in Brandon.
My father now lives with me in Thailand and we have hired this realtor in good faith from a suggestion forwarded to us by his lawyer in Florida. We have signed a sales agreement and it has been in Franks hands now for 4 months.
During this time, Frank has pretty much broke every rule in the agreement including poor representation of the sale of the properties and worst of all he is not answering my emails any more. At the beginning he was good at emailing us but since I have done searches of his e-flyers for the sale of the properties and discovered a very poor advertising scheme, I suggested to him that he make it look more presentable. He then sent me a link to his new ad and when I opened it I found it to be much better. But as I did a search on the Keller Williams property search I discovered that not only had he lied about the new ad but the old ad was even worse then any.
The following is the ad he sent to me with the good advertising you can copy and paste into your browser to view. http://mfr.mlxchange.com/Pub/EmailView.asp?r=1446782826&s=MFR&t=MFR
But now here is the ad that prospective buyers will find if they do a search. http://204.yourkwoffice.com/frame_idx?target=idx_url_1
I also have done a search on the internet in order to see if this man is even operating with a licence in the state of Florida but had no luck finding his licence. I do believe he is selling through Keller Williams office without a licence.
Seeing we are so far away and the age of my father I feel that we are being completely miss-represented by this man and ask for your assistance in any way possible. We are counting on the sale of this property in order to purchase a house here in Thailand and it is very difficult to sell a house if it has no advertising.
Could you please look into this matter for us and get back to me via email a.s.a.p.? Maybe give him a call and put some fire under his a*s so to speak?
Also could you let us know if he does have a licence or not and is this reason for us to call "breach of contract" and hire another realtor?
The following is his contact information and we hope to hear from you soon. I do need to know what is going on so we can decide if we should have a lawyer look into his background etc. Like I said he has not answered my last 4 emails and we don't even know if he is still representing us or not.
This is after all River Front property and does it not seem a little strange that it has been on the market for 4 months and we have not even received one UN-reasonable offer?
Apparently there is no other means that these properties are being advertised only a sign at the end of the driveway and an add in Keller Williams search engine that would turn even me away from looking any further into this if I was a perspective buyer. No news -papers, no internet, no road signs etc.
We are now contacting another Lawyer to investigate this realtor. We strongly believe he is acting falsely as a realtor in Florida. We are also posting an ad on the ?RIP OFF? web-site that I first saw an ad from another Customer who was ripped off by Keller Williams. You can see this ad at http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff38394.htm
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely:
Tim
