well firs of all rrcs is a positive peer culture tx program for at risk  youth.

on there webpage they promice all these things to make people like it such as parents.

then they send there kids there. and its totaly different then it sys it is.

im an alumni of this place and the program they follow is ppc it is governed by peers and staff are there  for safety and security.

when kids run from the place the word from staff is your off campus so if something happens like you break a bone or you get beat up by the staff know one knows what happened.

the place makes the students there feel stuck and causes depression and anger and so on they get more stuck.

frrom what i hear they told my parents not to call me

 to parents i would not send your kids there it causes more problems.
