Frank Hamilton # 903-375-7385 Case officer STATE INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT WORKING HOURS Monday to Friday between 8.am to 4.pm (E I called the number it is in Sherman Texas and all I get is Frank Hamilton voice mail

You can not be arrested for a debt. Look up the FTC(dot)gov website under financial scams. This is the payday loan scam.
