My name is Jean Niles I stay in Miami I have 2 Kids I'm making a ripoff report i hired a lawyer by the name of Frank Hollander to go to court for me to get me a settlement for me cause due to the doctor amputating my arm mr hollander charged me 91,000 not 1 time but 2 times to get a settlement last year I got pregnant like around November and I ask to get my flie he would not give me my flie at all he was being disrespectful and yelling with profanity so this year on july 24 2014 he decided to give me my flie when I opened my file there was nothing but old recipts of my car insurance and party invitations abf documents of when he went to court for me but when I stared to see that my money was in his account that's
how I know he was taking all my money i called him plenty of times to ask what happen to all my monwhy he went to court for he would hang up on my face when I came to his office he called the police on me two months later I had my daughter and she was having seizures and I was broke and homeless I didnt have no money I asked him can he give me my money due to the fact he had Toopen majority of it he only gave me 2,000 what is that I told him I took the check while I was waliking the office he kicked me on my butt and told me to not come back my thing Ia you are a lawyer who needs to be fire and what he did was unprofessional after I came to cash my check the next day I seen him in the lobby he was coming
downstairs with a client and he started to pick on me and showing and telling his client how broke I was and what he did. Fa me when I told him he was wrong he started to laugh and walk off.a week later I called him and told him that 2,000 wasn't all my money and that I was gonna sue him for picking on me and putting his feet on me he begged me that he will give me 600 dollars to not go to the flordia bar on him and tell him what he had done Also he is a uneducated unprofessional fraud lawyer who needs to be fired what lawyer doesnt tell his client that they are no to have a settlement and also social security benefits right now my lawyer and I are suing him and advise no one to deal with his services right now I am homeless with two kids staying in a shelter plus I'm handicap he his a fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Court wholly disagreed with Ms. Niles's bogus claims when entering a defense judgment. The Court found Ms. Niles at all times acted vexatiously, in bad faith, fraudulently, criminally and filed false claims. The Court penalized Ms. Niles's inequitable conduct to the tune of over $120,000 in legal defense fees awarded to Mr. Hollander. Justice prevailed.

Your report makes no sense!!! AND if you are homeless with kids - where is the father(s) of these kids??? HOW can you file a report if you are homeless??? What are you doing getting pregnant if you have no money!!!
I suggest you visit your local Social Services Department for help ie: help getting a JOB, SNAP benefits, Medicaid if necessary and focus on the welfare of your CHILDREN instead of yourself.
