AND STEALING BIRTH CERTIFICATES FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE CITIZENS.
Frank Kim claimed to have retired because I put his butt on blast about the THEFT OF BIRTH CERTIFICATES. See his girlfriend Michelle a Mexican Immigrant (714-975-3026) is employed by OC Health Agency, so Frank Kim has Michelle and friends lie to people who need housing, they lie and scam and force the person with threats and empty promises of housing so they will forfeit all documents.
