Complaint Review: Frank M. Calvert

Filed a court date with Oconto County Court system to end child support on one of my children. He is 18 but has not graduated at this time. The law states child support does not end till he has graduated. The problem is he has made no effort to go to school or do his home work. My exwife has not made him go to school or do his homework or has the Pulaski school system  notified me of any of this. I do not feel obligated that I should have to continue to pay Child Support for this child. He kept the child support as it was and I feel this is wrong. I have gone without visitation rights for over 12 years nowdue to false alligations made by my exwife. He did not reinstate my visitation rights as he should have according to state law. So I reported his to the state of wisconsin review board for corruption of the legal system which happens quite often at the Oconto County Courthouse. My exwife should of been charged with truancy which they have not done also, again violating state laws. I went through a divorce in Oconto County and was treated unfairly and unjust through the entire divorce proceedings. I was assulted by my exwife and thrown out of my home. She called the cops claining I beat the up which is a lie. I have an assult and battery charge against me onlin e filed in their system under my name. I received nothing in the divorce even after being married for 13 years and woning a new home. I took them to court for stealing my property and damaging my property and they did nothing for me after I took them to court on both subject matters. The family I married into is polish and they have gotten away with alot of illegal things and ripping people off. Frank Calvert increased my child support due to unpaid medical bills. Their unpaid because I don't feel I should have to pay them for everything they did to me nor was I notified by the exwife to put them under my insurance which would have substantially lowered the cost. She purposely raised the medical bills to cause me financial hardship. I don't feel I should have to pay the bills because of this and no visitation rights. I also got no settlement on the house, stolen property or damaged property They also stole my medication.
