Complaint Review: Frank Mata Peninsula Essenciality Rentals

Essenciality rentals agent Frank Mata sold me a unit in the Peninsula development back in 2010. The unit he sold me previously had title issues that I was never made aware of by any party, including my attorney Raul Gonzalez Ruiz. After about 6 months after paying off my unit I was finally made aware of this title issue. I talked to Frank Mata and he told me that I had to resolve the issue through the courts. My attorney also told me that that was the only way to fix the issue. I had to eventually take Mr Mata to court, where he has just been extending things out. My attorney has been promising and not delivering. I am sick of spending money and I am going to give up on getting my title.
