Complaint Review: Frank Senesi Jr.

There is a person in the Gay community in Boston, MA who is pretending to be a medical doctor and a psychiatrist. Over the summer this person, Frank Senesi, Jr. who claims to be a school psychiatrist is also a "victim" of domestic violence. His lover, Timothy Stewart, Jr. beat Frank and took out five of his teeth. Frank does have a 209A order for his ex-lover to stay away from him. But do we really know who provoked the fight? Frank is 5'5 tall and Timothy is 6'3. Of course we all can say that Frank was the real victim. But with Frank's background and his violent acts, who is to say that Frank did not abuse Timothy first and then Timothy defended himself. Timothy is the abuser? Let's see what the truth is about Frank.

Frank claims to all his friends and people he meets in bars that he is clinical medical doctor and works with school children who are mentally retarded. Frank's name does not appear on the State's website of doctor's. His defense: "The board took my profile off because I am being stalked and abused by Tim". LIE #1-- The Board confirmed in writing that Frank is NOT a medical doctor and that they do not remove profiles for any reason. (i.e. people being stalked). The person from the board her name is Rose M. Foss, the director of the Board. She claims that lots of doctors are stalked and harassed and do not get their profiles removed because their is no personal information listed.

Frank claimed that he lives in this million dollar raised ranch house in Arlington, MA. But according to the Board of Assesors office, it is a 5 room ranch style house worth $336,000.00, LIE #2.

Frank claims that he can access people's medical records by calling any hospital and giving his medical license number and getting any information on ANYONE. This is alarming as it seems some of his information is true. Lie #3? Or are some of these hospitals believing him so much that they are giving out the information (i.e. The Arbour Hospital in Brookline, MA, The BIDMC located in Boston's Longwood Meidcal area and The Westwood Lodge in Westwood, MA). Ironically these are places that Frank's ex has recieved medical treatment along with his friends.

Frank is not only a liar, he is a danger to the Gay and Lesiban communites in Boston as well as the welfare of the town he lives in, Arlington, MA. Frank has peopled beliveing that the Arlington Police will be his personal police and protection.

Frank frequents the Ramrod and Alley Bars in Boston and tells his tales of his medical doctoring to everyone new he meets. Just becareful not to get involved with his horrible lies. Claiming to be a medical doctor is not only wrong, it is illegal.
