He Time will come in a Court of Law! He will face many Clients he scammed. Just a matter of Time Frank. He's an expert at drawing people in then WHAM! Scam begins ... all the while knowing that he more than likely will not fund your deal. Frank Vogel is a Scam Artist, we have compiled 13 strong cases against him.
