We have been repaying the loan for our second mortgage after the short-sale of our home in 2007.

Further problems started right away when they would not honor their agreement by billing us correctly. 

One that was resolved, we pulled our credit report to buy a house and found ongoing misreporting of our account to all of the credit bureaus.  We mailed and faxed letters with copies of the cancelled checks and statements, and it took us 1 1/2 years to the issue resolved.

Now they call us every month AFTER our check has cleared the bank looking for payment, in addition to posting our payment up to a week (or more) AFTER they've received the payment.

We've asked them to resolve this, and we are told it's because the payment hit on the weekend, therefore it was not posted on time, or it's a system issue.

As a result, we have filed complaints with the FTC, the BBB and our state AG office.

If you do business with this company, and are encountering these same issues, PLEASE file complaints with the appropriate agencies.  Their unethical business practices need to be stopped.

They've already caused us to pay higher interest on an auto loan and prevented us from qualifying for a house.  Don't let them cause you the same type of problems.
