Franklin Templeton Wrong commitment. Servies not given as per given words Hyderabad Telangana

I am a SIP investor in Franklin Templeton. I have raised a request for SIP amount to be increased to Rs4000 from Rs2000 in sepetember. I have received a written communication from the company on 5 sep,2017 for the same mentioning that my SIP amount will be increased effective 7 Oct, 2017. But the same has not happened.
I have tried to contact the company again and again but no response received from the company.
