Complaint Review: Franseco Gomez

 My daughter needed another car.I saw an ad on Craigslist for a 2002 Ford taurus clean car as was described in the ad.I went down to Meriden Connecticut to see this car. The car was in decent condition no visible leaks. I drove the car it drove fine but i did not run the car hard like I should of done.The engine had a slight oil leak but manageable being that the car hat 125000 on it.I purchased the car when I drove the car later the transmission was slipping.I called them to tell them what had happened. They told me its an as is sale. But prior to purchasing the car he indicated to me that the car was serviced by a Mechanic. So i did not dispute that being that I'm going on his word. Now I'm screwed into another thousand that's y i went cheaper to get something to get around. But they say that take me to court I not going to win cause its an as is sale. But their is a way cause he did frauded me. So case is pending they need they dealer license strip away from them. The guy they sold me the car is a young kid white kid with dread locks looks on his head.He drives a white station audi wagon.STAY AWAY!!! From these people disgusting way to do business.
