Complaint Review: Fraser Engines and Transmissions

My husband and I were looking to replace the engine in one of our vehicles when we did an internet search and found Fraser engines and transmissions. MISTAKE NUMBER 1!! After contacting them and speaking to Paul, we decided to purchase and engine and we moved forward with the deal. We received the engine and had it installed, only for the engine tofail us a few months later. We contacted Paul and had another engine sent out. This engine failed after a couple months. ENGINE NUMBER TWO.

We contacted Paul once again and was crazy enough to go along with yet another engine from them. Giving them the benefit ogf the doubt, afterall they were picking these engines up and so far paid the mechanic to keep swapping them out, so it was a go for us once again. After the installationof the THIRD motor, and not even making it home from the shop with it, we called Paul once again. That's when all hell breaks loose!!! Paul agrees to pick the motor up. Once he gets the motor, it takes WEEKS of calling him to get it understood that we want our money refunded and would absolutely not accept a fourth motor - I MEAN WHO WOULD????

Paul said he got the mercahndise inspected and found that they all failed due to mecahnical errors - let that be a reason you don't do business here!!! Then it took acts of congress to get our money refunded, which we are now going on three months and they've refunded us partially, still has not sent a core that we are owed and still has not paid the mechanic for the last 2 installs. Paul gets very smart and nasty when he does call and even suggested that my husband and I have a bad marriage lol - we dont but let's just say we did - how does that change the fact that you sold us these shoddy motors and now owe us money back for them????? IT DOESN'T.

I have contacted the BBB and the Attorney General in Michigan who is currently working to resolve this. Over and over this business send them messages with s different story of why we haven't been paid and how they are trying to work with us. Simply pay the money. They are a nightmare and this review is just the half of it. I will update it after this circus with them is settled. We received calls from the females in the business who don't identify themselves and when they do, Paul denies anyone by that name works there...that's just to cover him for not returning messages "no one by that name works here". We have requested calls from the owner but that has never happened. Paul is not even a manager.

Some fraud name Ricco responded to the Attorney General with a long made up conversation with agreements that he made up between us; however, my husband and I have never spoke to this person. My husband went off on Paul for discussing our personal business instead of the business at hand and Paul accused him of harrassing him and hung the phone up, then reported to the attorney general that we had him blocked lol he's not blocked, of course we love this charade!!! Actually this nightmare will not end fast enough with these people. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. This is seriously no joke!!! I will update this review when this is over.
