Complaint Review: Capital Credit Alliance (CCA)

I activated this card ( stupid me ). The nthey told me there would be a $200 Account fee so I said no forget it. A few days later I found out that these people took the money from my account. So I filed a application that would stop them from taking my money and they got it anyways. The first time I didn't have the money. The second time I did because it was my college money and now I'm short in the amount of money I needed to give them. I leave in less then 3 weeks or so I hope I leave now. Do not activate this card.
