Complaint Review: Online ventures-Wyoming Diecast

I placed an order with this company on 7/26/2001 and gave them the credit card info they requested. The product was Harley Davidson collectables. I waited three weeks tried to contact them eight time during that period with no response by email or phone. When finally contacted was informed that they did not have the product that they advertised due to wharehouse trouble but that it would be mailed the next day.

Waited two more weeks then contacted again, was told they would put a tracer on my order that it must have been lost if not found they would refund my money. It is now the 10th of September and no response, no product, and no refund. IT is a rinky dink company run by a wannabe biker and his wife more than likely from there run down farm.

He goes by the mane of JC and if you check them out on Ebay they have a few negative responses all with the same complaint and all they can respond with is that the customer is a liar. Believe me they are a rip-off big time don't waste your time dealing with them you can get the same products from more reputable people. And with a guarantee.
