Frazier's Auto Engine World Took payment in full $4500 for rebuilt hemi engine also sent $3000 of new parts to him a year ago Jacksonville Florida
Aproximatly a year ago I ordered a 6.1L hemi engine from them I paid $4500 over the phone to Ed Frazier. He told me I could send forged hotrod parts for the inside and he would build the engine for me a 7L 426 ci. stroker engine
I ordered the rotating assembly from Utah paid $3000 for these parts including a cam with springs to be direct shipped to Engine World (Ed Frazier). I had comunication with him regular maybe every 2 weeks text or facebook post
After a while (months) he contacts me about a bearing that wasnt correct for the crank shaft. I contacted the Utah supply and they immediatly shipped the correct part to Engine World. They asked that the other incorrect bearing be shipped back because it was for another kit. They sent shipping materials and instructions on where to send it back to, this came with the correct part.
The parts NEVER made it back to them I still don't know where it is . As of several months I haven't been able to contact Eddie only his steady flow of new secretaries. He has messaged me I t,hink twice 2 different times with plans to deliver my engine the next day or so. I never got my enfine and now I cant even get him to message me back.
I showed up un anounced to his shop he wasn't there and the NEW secretary had no idea how to reach him at that time.I believe I saw my engine just sitting on engine stand by bay door un supervised remember this is a hi dollar race motor being assembled.
I contemplated suing him but even when I win he just will "OWE" me and not be able to "own" anything in his name. Surely he knows that scam well!
Searching his business on Better Business Bureau I found they won't even touch him with all the bad complaints and poor customer relations.
I should have done that first. I was excited about getting my own race car Drag Race car. I'm hoping to just get ALL my parts to the engine at whatever stat their in and move on. I've attempted to tell him that via Facebook but to no avail.
This man should not be allowed to conduct business He is criminal at best. A straight theif!
