I was a contract administrative assistant for him I worked for him for 1month he paid me cash the first time and still owes me $1100.00. He does not care abt any1 having children or not only him.
He not only owes me money, I got a number of calls that did not pay a contractors, a few homeowners, and a few friends. He asks for things on credit and never pays them, he makes contractor use their money and when he gets paid he keeps it all. He does poor work.
HE may stil have a warrant out for his arrest. He has been doing this for a very long. He even has the nerve to get mad when you are demanding money. He will change his number
He frequents clubs around the I-20 east such as Bigalows on Gresham road and a few off of Wesley Chapel Road. He's driving a benz while we are stuggling to recover from his criminal activities. No one wants to stop him so he still keeps doing it.
Sylvia Bush knows exactly was going and is 100% involved in his criminal activity no only is she profitting from stolen money His wife has everything in her name so he thinks he cannot be touched but she is involved in the running of the business as well as taking calls. She bails him out of jail using the money he stole from us and hides the stolen money in her accounts. I am going to put a lien on her home cause they are operating the business out of her home. SHe also has a catering type company run, run, run far away.
HE thinks he is a ladies man while his wife sits at home thinking about the next time she has to bail him out of jails. I will not give up until he gets his punishment.
AKA once this business gets to hot he will think of a knew scheme

Fred bush is a schemer. The man is a criminal. And now that x,ceptional construction has no credibility he is scamming under a new company name. Which is flb enterprises. He also sub contracts legitimate business owners to sign contracts with companies so that when he runs off with the money, the legitimate company he subs to will end up being responsible through contract and will be sued. In other words he uses actual legit companies as pawns. He is under investigation by dekalb county and the gbi. He will be charged with racketeering in corrupt organizations when caught.

I was a contractor that worked for Fred Bush/Xceptional Constructgion and I got ripped off as well. I did all the work, while he collected all the money and didnt give me a dime. Angela, I dont know you, but I totally agree with you. i worked for 4 days and hired several other crews as Fred had instructed me to do, and since he got paid, he wont respind to any of my calls or text.

Dear Ms Tasha, I dont know you and have NEVER met you a day in my life..But I can sue you for defamtion of character dear!
First before I posted this report i did my research, I have evidence, about 5 others he scammed and filed a complaint with the state...All this information can be verified Ms. If anyone doubts what i say they can go on the dekalb county court website and look up his name and all his alias. HE has complaint after complaint, suit after suit......As you can see as recent as this month he is doing it again.
Mr Fred Bush, has scammed contractors, homeowners, employees, friends, and now his relatives, Just go to any old school club and ask about him, just go online and pull his name up...The truth is in the paperwork/evidence
I would have never started this back up again but since his "niece" has tried to badmouth me i will pursue this again, I will contact the News and forward an provide information with anyone with the state contact to file a complaint with the state.
All should file a complaint with the state.
As far as that looooong letter regarding me if any of it was true i would respond but i am about business not bitter broads but please believe me i am far from a scary cat. We can discuss this in person any time any place! If it is the last thing i do I will now shut him down.

I was hired by Mr. Fred L. Bush off of Craigslist and worked for him for three weeks full time under the agreement we had as a Project Manager for him. He hired 17 employees and placed them on jobs under my leadership. At the end of the jobs Mr. Bush collected all the monies owed to him and said he would pay all of us.HE HAS NOT PAID ANYONE AND IS PENDING MANY LAWSUITS.
This man as stated by Ms. Angela is a thief , a liar, and is a compulsive ripoff . Beware of him as he will lie to you too.
He and his company of one owes me $3000 dollars for services rendered and $500 for materials and gas
He also owes seventeen employees over $2500.00 all told

I thinks its such a shame when a person resorts togoing on the internet and making statements about someone that are false and packed with lies all because they got pissed they were fired from their job. I'mposting this to set the record straight about what Angela said regarding my uncle, Fred Bush. Only 98% of what she said was true. Truth is, Angela was fired from my uncle's business as his receptionist because she was incompetant. He work was very poor and as you can see from her post, she can barely type without mistakes or spelling typos, which is critical if your're going to be a secretary. She was spending a great deal of time on the phone talking while at work and alot of the things asked of her went undone because she was so busy snooping and trying to be allin my uncle's business.
Also, Angela was attracted to my uncle and openly made this known.Which is why she knows somuch about him feeling he was a ladies man and where he hangs out at after work. Unbeknownst to Angela, my uncle Fred was complaining about her work and asked me several times to replace her but because I wasin school, I couldnt due to my time being strapped. If I had of accepted, she would have been fired long before she was.All I had to do was say the word. My uncle continued to put up with her until she started coming to work late and messing up important documents he had to have signed and submitted to other contractors. Finally, when she messed up a HUGE one that cost him big money, he let her go. The money she claims he owes her she states is from him not having funds to pay her week after week of missed paychecks she was due.
But lets be honest and ask ourselves....who would continue to get up every morning and report to a job where they arent getting paid and let the amount they're owed accumalate so high? So obviously, her story is off. My aunt has nothing to do with his business nor his money. And making comments about her being apart of his business is a flat out lie. And kind of illegal. The correct term is slander. Thats the legal term for when a person purposely makes untrue, strong remarks about a person to destroy their character and its so sad and unfortunate that Angela had to resort to this because she was sobitter about being fired. Please leave my aunt out of yourbitterness and anger you have. She doesnt even know you and could not care less about you. As far as my uncle having alot of cases filed against him is true. That was the only thing Angela stated that was true. But most contractors have alot of them filed against them, thats a fact. Its so easy to get one filed agianst you. If a customer is unsatisfied with their work and the contractor feels they did a goodjob, then a customer will go run and file a case. It happens all day at the courthouse and most of them are dropped or thrown out.
Did Angela ever get a lien on my uncle's house? NO. WHY? Because you have to have proof and and valid case to even be heard in court, which Angela didnt have. My uncle's business has thrived like never before over the years, oddly enough, since he fired Angela. He has moved on to big contracts with fast food chains and is making very good money. As for the disgruntled employees, such as Angela, that have asbsolutely no life and have nothing better to do except go on websites and vent about someone instead of taling that time to concentrate on self......GET YOUR LIFE TOGETHER! AND STOP TRYING TO BRING MISERY AND GRIEF TO PEOPLE THATHAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT GOOD TO YOU! And this here is the truth folks. And I'm done with it.
