wow how can i start??? i had a car accident because fred loya insurance reps here in san diego ca, they called me on nov 16 because they did something wrong on my insurance policy so they asked me to go back and fix it... i was about 2 hours away from their office so i asked can i stop to any of your office by the place i was ? they said no and i had to come back to this expecific office ok so i came back and took me another 45 minutes at this time iwas about 3 hours late from my thing( dj gig)so after i leaved the office super piss off i called the corporate number ( that was another error i spend almost 30 minutes just to talked to a manager and another 30 minutes to file a report complain whatever you wanna call it) by this time i was about 4 hours away from my place i should supost to be at 7 pm ok so..on my way to my gig i had a car accident this was on friday,,,,,so i got traped on the truck fire department was called , highway police arrive etc etc i was in the hospital for about 4 hours then i was discherged, saturday day i called the fred loya insurance claim to report my accident, o wow they couldnt find me on their sistem so i had to go to the office and get all my info cause everything was left in my truck any ways finally i talk with the claim departtment 2 days after my accident was a super deal to fill my claim.....they told me they will contact me within 24hrs witch never did...

so i called them 3 days after and they told ha sorry we couldnt talk to you because we are been little busy etc etc 1st week of backs and forws 2nd week arrive they told me on monday some one will be inspecting my vehicule that day and will call me no later than wednesday ...... i called on thrursday to find out what happed on wednesday so the inspector never show up and the claim department didnt have no info about my truck and they will called me on monday so first thing on monday i called the claim department and the bad news were coming out so the the person who was taking my claim she wasnt in the office i called her about 3pm california time and finally answer my call ,,, she told me the inspector was already appraised my truck and he total my truck  so finaly i had some news .....so she told me again ill be calling you by wednesday ( she loves wednesdays i dont really know why but at the same time she never makes calls on wednesday) so i called her back on thursday and she told me i just waitting for some papers to be filled and then we can go ahead and meake the paym,ent on your truck so ill be calling you on monday .

so monday came and she did call me but i wasnt able to answer the phone any ways i called her back on monday and she told me the same thing. i still waitting for some paper bla bla bla bla bla bla. i called you on tuesday witch neve did again so i did called her and she told me  i got everyhting fill out ill be sending you some papers and  need to be fill up and send back to us ,..so she send the paper via ups so they came on thursday ( by this time my family soppust to be some place in california but with no vehicule we were hopping to get this money to put it down towars a new vehicule. so i was little upset because when we find out my truck was total she toldme the whole process will be taking at least a week!! no more than that...

any ways i talked to her on thursday and we fill up the papers and the papers were send back via ups so they could recive my info on friday witch i paid almost $40 dollars.... but on thursday she told me i soon i got the info ill be mail you the check via express ...so i called on friday and she never answer my call ..i calll monday 4 time and she never answer my call untill i call corporate to find out wtf was happening ..so the "character " called manager was little dumb super dumb i would love to say she told me mr i dont really know what going on with you claim but the only good thing i can said is you check has been send out ( monday). so i was more upset because this person she lied to me she been lie and told me things that never became true...so it took 5 weeks to send my payment but the stupid thing i see on the whole thing is they send some paper via ups but they send me the check on regular usps mail???? is that really. so i talk to her today wednesday just to ask about my check she said oh im sorry your check was send out  on monday and i couldnt send it via express ... really??? so what about me?? what about been with out a car for over a month??
 
then today i went to the grosery store to buy some things for my babies and then my sourprice they charged me for another month of my insurance ... really?? even when my truck was total and even when the check has been sent out???? so they took $101.34 out of my account plus i did make 2 purchases and i withdraw my account 2 time $35 dollars echa for the bank fees really??? so i end it up owe to the hospital almost $19.000 on medical bills witch they will cover only $1000 dollars hahahaha fred loya they like to scam people....i used to had my insurance with farmers.....and to be honest i would love to paid few extra dollars and know that i have a good insurance company than this fred loya rats insurance!!!! people really at the end you will regreat to switch insurance...

DONT FRICKING DO IT!!! FRED LOYA DONT COVE YOU ...THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR COSTUMERS..........PAY THE EXTRA TO HAVE A REAL INSURANCE ....FRED LOYA IS ONE OF THE TOP 500 LATINO COMPANIES IN THE USA... CAREFULL WITH THE LATINO COMPANIES ( NO ALL THE LATINO PEOPLE AND COMPANIES ARE THE SAME RATS AS FRED LOYAS BUT BEFORE GO WITH SOME ONE LOOK ON THE NET AND FIND OUT THE REVIEWS)BY THE WAY IM A LTINO ...
