This is one of the earlier internet scams devised by Fred Siller (aka Frederico Gustavo) that dates back as far as 2007 at least according to his website.    It's the oldest of the Fred Siller internet scams that I've been able to locate so far.   MyMillionBills.com

Apparently someone on the west coast developed this cute little novelty item that resembled a full-sized Million Dollar Bill (fake obviously) and this part of the venture is no doubt legitimate.  On the back side of these Million Dollar Bills the customer can print whatever message he/she wants and the intention is to use it as a gag or as a business card or promotional item.  You can buy several hundred or several thousand of these printed bills.    Probably a good little business for someone willing to print them up and handle filling & shipping the orders.   But what does Fred do?

Instead of selling these cute little novelty items himself he decides to recruit affiliates (for a fee, always for a fee) and he provides the usual training materials that one would need to expand this into a lucrative business.   Once again Fred supplies no leads and basically takes your money and runs.    Near as I can tell this website is still active (click the link above or below) and may be providing Fred with a little residual income even today from those dumb enough to buy into it.
