Complaint Review: FreddySalas.com

I was searching for a specific sweater on Google Shopping when it suggested the website freddysalas.com. I added it to my cart and entered my card information. They sent me an order confirmation from the email address mavashsukuhr@hotmail.com saying their name was "Casie Bean." The format looked strange and used unconventional wording. They said they would reach out once the order was shipped, but never did. If you attempt to contact them using the form on their website, you receive an error message. Today (two weeks later) my bank alerted me to a suspicious charge, so I'm guessing it's connected. I closed my account and disputed the original charge.
