Frederick - Fred - Walter Ghist Ripoff DEAD BEAT DAD IS HIDING FROM THE LAW-MICHIGAN or Loxley Alabama
Dead beat dad- Fred ghist owes $11,000 in back child support. He moves around to avoid jail- There is currently a warrant in Michigan out for his arrest.
There are 2 wonderful girls involved in this case- age 17 and 15. He walked out of their lives about 9 years ago. The worst part of this is the 15 year old is a handicapped child who was born with cerebral palsey. She has been in a wheel chair all her life. In the summer of 2005 she under went a very extensive surgery to rebuild some bones in her foot- she got very sick and was in and out of the hospital for several months due to her body rejecting the new bone material. Did her sperm donor even bother to show up at the hospital or call to see how she was- NO!!! I know he was aware because his mother was called and informed of the situation.
I have been the mother and father to these 2 children since our divorce almost 15 years ago- The reason for the divorce was domestic violence.I work full time, plus take care of my children. My 15 year old takes alot of time and patience and by the time I go to bed at night I am totally exhausted. My 17 year old is a saint. She is a huge help to me. I almost lost her due to a staph infection almost 3 years ago- and her father never even called- although he was informed.
As far as we know he is living in Loxley Alabama. He is traveling with his wife Sue Ghist and 2 children- He also works for his brother in law Ty Holsenback,doing construction. He is paid as a sub contractor so he doesn't have to claim he has income.His mother Stella Frost will give no information and protects him. He travels back and forth to Florida doing construction work for the company his brother in law owns.He also has a CDL license and has the ability to work and provide for his children, he just refuses to.
He thinks he has done no wrong and says he needs to take care of his "new" family.And says the girls need to get on with their lives- He claims that the friend of the court lies and that he is making his payments but they are "stealing" his money. WHAT EVER!! I am tired of my kids going without- don't get me wrong -they don't complain, but I see the way they look at stuff they would like to have. I try my hardest to provide just the basics. I WANT THIS MAN, EXCUSE ME, SORRY EXCUSE FOR A MAN TO LOOK HIS CHILDREN IN THE EYE AND TELL THEM THAT THEY ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO DESERVE HIS SUPPORT, AS HE HIS HAULED OFF TO JAIL.

I have to say thank you so much to the individuals who have provided the addresses for me. I do know that the police were recently at his home- but I dont know if he was hiding or what.. I also received papers from the friend of the court that he is now wanted on a federal warrent for fleeing the state to avoid paying child support- my kids are now 19 and 16-- Heather is going to undergo surgery here very shortly that may change her life forever and she may be able to possibly walk!!! Unfortunatley the insurance does not pay for it, and her medical bills are already outof control. But I will do what I have to for my kids! Sara is now 19 and as beautiful as ever!! and I will soon have a beautiful grand daughter.. My kids are growing into wonderful people.. and their father gets no credit for that- I hope he goes to sleep each night and wonders about tham and hopefully some day he will see them and realize that he missed out on the best days of his lives.
Again I will forward all the information that you have provided to me to the proper authorities.Thanks so much and any further information will be greatly appreciated.

We have recieved some new tips- We have been informed that Frederick Walter Ghist is living in Alabama and has supposidly boughta cottage 20 minutes from the ocean- We are going to file court papers this week to search for a morgage and for fleeing the State to avoid prosecution, and for failure to comply with a court order. We just need to find an address to send the papers too.
I am now filing to remove all visitation rights from him as he claims he wants the girls to come to Alabama for spring break. yet he refuses to give an address so we would know where the girls are. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!! If he can't find a job to support the girls while they are at home, how does he think he can support them if they are there. They need to eat too.I need everyones support on this issue- all parents should be obligated to support their children- regardless of income. I hope his "new" family is happy and I wonder- How does it feel to have to live life looking over your shoulder and wonderingwhen the police will find you! Because they will find him eventually. We also know that the phones listed are prepaid cell phones- so not to be able to locate him by phone bills. LETS FIND THIS MAN!!!! HELP US BRING HIM TO JUSTICE!!!
